Return & Refund

At Flawora Skincare, we meticulously craft each product to deliver outstanding results with transparency. We’re confident you’ll love our products as much as we do. However, if you encounter any issues, we’re here to assist with returns and exchanges.

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong Shipment: If you received a product different from what was ordered.
  • Damaged Product: If the product arrived damaged.
  • Expired Product: If the product expires upon receipt.

To request a return or replacement:

  • Time Frame: Please raise your return or replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • How to Request: Email us at info@feelflawora.com  with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
  • In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
  • As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

 

Please note:

  • No Claims After 3 Days: Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Review Process: Allow us up to 48 hours to review your request. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at your convenience.
  • We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases:
             Opened/ used/ altered products
             Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc) missing       
 

    Refunds:

    • After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund within 24 hours if the issue is confirmed.
    • For combo bundles purchased from Flawora, the entire bundle must be returned for a refund or exchange. Individual products from a bundle cannot be returned separately.

    Order Cancellation - We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order. The order processing time frame is 24 hours
